All the Pink Ladies!!!

This was a wedding in Gowran where the bride's bridesmaids were her sisters. All 4 of them and they did a fantastic job. They all looked so stunning with their pink dresses and pink shoes. I know just how important shoes can be so I saw this shot just after they all came in and quickly picked up my 70-200 lens. What a day and and the weather was just brilliant too. Congrats again the jennifer and Phil. Have a great time on Honeymoon!

What can I say but I just love Curracloe Beech! When the sun shines here its just amazing. Thankfully the sun came out again for Linda and Jeff's wedding. Thank you for letting me capture your day!

Quiet day here today so here's an image from Kilmore Quay from yesterday.

At a recent wedding last week I got the flowers to photography them and noticed on one of the bunches the condensation on them. just had to get out my 100/2.8 macro lens and try and capture the detail. I love macro photography. Not a bad shot for hand held.

The New look Studio - Diamond Photography

Well its been a long time coming. A lot of hard work, sweat, tears, cursing - ahhhh sugar lumps!!!! A huge amount of hours but I did everything myself, except for the plastering of course! Its finally here the new look and revamped studio of Diamond Photography. We have new lights and new backdrops.
So what's on offer?? Well for the month of June all studio sessions are free!!

Well I'm off to Tipperary tomorrow to shoot Una and Brendan's wedding in Golden. We will be heading down to the Dundrum House hotel for more photographs. Its a fab place and can't wait to get there. Lets hope there is a break in the weather so that we can get some outside shots in. I'll post some images over the weekend.

Had a great time photographing Aideen and Brian's wedding in Barntown and at Johnstown Castle. A huge thanks to Colin for his help in a shot and to her Da, Joe for organizing access to the grounds at Johnstown and the Castle itself. The weather held out just perfectly.

One of the many images I took of the 1500 year celebrations held last night in Enniscorthy. It was a wonderful parade and fireworks display. Well done to the council for a good job done. The bridges were lit up as well and I'll upload some of those images later.

Had a great day photography a wedding in Poulpeasty, Co Wexford and then on the the Brandon House Hotel. Great to out of the house after being sick for the last week. Now I need to catch up with all the work from the last week. Have a great honeymoon Laura and Liam! See you guys soon. Fergul

A great weekend, shot a wonderful civil ceremony in Gorey and a picturesque Foulksmil. Had a great time shooting both. Also got two more bookings this weekend and a thank you card from a couple that I had designed up an album for. Its so nice when you get back such good feedback for doing something that you love doing!!

The Mail on Sunday!

The Mail on Sunday had a piece on page 2 about Nieve and Kieth's wedding. Pity they didn't mention the photographer. Oh well, can't win em all. It was a very nice piece and glad to see it in there. Their photographer kept stealing all my set-ups and used an image similar to this one. Boy was it cold when shooting this, my fingers were numb!

Very excited about the Carlow Nationalist doing a piece on the wedding in Tullow, looking forward to reading the piece and they are using on of my images. Look out Nieve and Kieth!

Well what a day it was yesterday. Had a great time in Myshall and Mnt Wolseley, a litte cold at -17.5deg but a lot of fun. Some images to follow shortly soon. It was a real winter wonderland setting. Thanks Nieve and Kieth!

Looking forward to my first wedding of 2010 this Friday up in the Mountains behind Bunclody! A good bit of snow has fallen and some roads are impassable. Lets hope I can get out of my house for a start. Forecast for Friday is good so hopefully I can get there. I'm very excited, see you guys soon!
